At LIVIN FOOTBALL, we have a bold vision for all footballers, providing support behind the scenes to mentally and physically prepare players to play at a level at which they are both challenged and can enjoy. We want to revolutionise the way player care is valued through providing a personalised mentoring platform aiming to foster a balanced and fulfilling athletic journey, enabling each player to excel both in their sport and in life.
LIVIN FOOTBALL was founded through the passion I have for holistic athlete wellbeing, particularly in football due to my own journey, having experienced grassroots, academy and first team football within a WSL club as well as at an England youth international level.

Alongside my wealth of personal football experience allowing me to understand the highs and lows of the game, I have taken on further qualifications and roles enhancing my knowledge, enabling me to support and mentor footballers of all ages and abilities.
